Lyle is a native Kansan, growing up in a small town near the geographic center of the 48 states. He was a radio broadcaster for 23 years. For the past 20 plus years, he has been a computer programmer for a company specializing in software for school districts.
Kathy is a native German, growing up in the Black Forest. She is now retired from the medical field, and devotes most of her time to taking care of Lyle and the "kids". Her twin sister is a renowned European Briard judge.
Kathy was a champion horse trainer and breeder before we met. Now we're into Briards, which is a whole other world, but we're learning.
